Our growing team includes Eleven virtual members currently, in addition to six staffed on-site in the USA
Requirements:
- Previous customer support or dispatch experience in the TRUCKING INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCE IN THE US LOGISTICS OR TRUCKING INDUSTRY IS A MUST
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to MULTI-TASK in a FAST-PACED environment, including phone and
- Great customer service personality and upbeat attitude
- Work as a team player to fulfill our mission together
- It's a PLUS if you have experience in Recruitment or Leadership roles, as you'll be working alongside me on hiring Independent Contractors(Truck and Van drivers).
General Responsibilities include:
-Monitoring and answering phones,
- Attention to details such as dimensions, pick-up locations, and special instructions to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Contact customers to schedule delivery appointments, update re-service delays, wait for time reports, etc
- General administrative and associated duties
Additionally requirements:
-Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products, and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill our mission.
System Requirements:
The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and backup
Ram should be at least 8 gigs with 100 GB of Free disk space
A second Monitor for multi-tasking
A Headset with a noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main and backup ISP
Strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
