Seeking a High Functioning Customer Support Specialist

What exactly are we looking for ?

A Customer Support Specialist, that already has specific experience using shopify for at least 2 years. You must know how to handle a ticket volume of at least 15-20 inquires per hour and have a process to issue personalised answers efficiently.

You already handled logistics like reshipments, exchanges and refunds with 3PLs in the past. You have experience in protecting brand reputation and enhancing it by addressing concerns early and requesting reviews.

You have strong written and oral communication skills and know how to connect with customers over the phone. An experience in handling Chargebacks or Disputes independently is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries on Reamaze, Whatsapp in English within 24 hours.
- Handling discounts, sales, refunds, reshipments, and order modifications.
- Coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment issues.
- Developing and integrating response templates.
- Informing customers about product restocks via email.
- Answering WhatsApp business messages.
- Keeping the team updated on any issues.
- Communication with the team
- Gathering trust pilot reviews from assisted customers
- Improve customer support processes

Essential Skills:

- Fluent/Native in English
- Organized, efficient, and capable of working independently.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- E-commerce and Shopify experience is a must
- Willingness to ask questions when needed.
- Timely responses to messages.
- Proactive in improving processes
