JOB OVERVIEW

Commbi is looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a key part of our customer experience, you’ll handle email and chat support for our stylish, comfortable, and innovative footwear brand. Your role will include assisting customers with orders, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring they feel supported and satisfied. You’ll also help answer questions about sizing, and occasionally communicate with our warehouse to confirm shipments or make adjustments to orders.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat using our CSM during EST / PST

Assist customers with exchanges, refunds, and order modifications within Redo and Shopify.

Provide timely & expert advice on sizing to ensure customers find their perfect fit.

Communicate with our warehouse team to confirm shipments or make necessary adjustments to orders.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Collaborate with the team to identify and escalate recurring issues or feedback.

Stay up to date on Commbi’s product offerings, policies, and updates.
