Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, phone, and email.
Utilize tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk to manage support tickets efficiently.
Provide accurate and complete information, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain an empathetic and professional tone in all communications.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Log all customer interactions into the ticketing system accurately.
Meet performance goals for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain data security and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably remote.
Knowledge of customer service tools like Zendesk or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
Capability to multitask and navigate dual screens effectively.
Reliable internet and home office setup with dual monitors.
