JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
----------------------
* Requirement gathering and analysis from Global clients, mostly from US/Canada
* Coordination with in-house team of Designers, Programmers, Testers, Etc.
* Online Meetings and Demos using various tools
* Software Installation, Configuration, Training, Troubleshooting
* Post-Launch Support and client retainership
* Cross-selling/Up-selling of services
* Timing: Night Shift


Must have:
* Knowledge of ANY E-commerce Software, Point of Sale Systems, Inventory Management Software, Etc.
* Knowledge of Technical Support and Customer Service
* Should have worked in the same profile for minimum One year


Prerequisite:
* This is a work from home job. Therefore, you must have a reliable internet broadband connection, a Laptop in good condition and a Headphone with Mic.
* You need to ensure no background noise while in meetings with clients and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

* This is a US based company with an office in INDIA.
* The Salary is paid on monthly basis. No weekly or bi-weekly concept is followed.
* The date of salary is 10th or next working day of the successive month.
* Once hired, you will have to provide NBI clearance certificate without which the salary will remain on hold.
