JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join the team! You’ll be working in a company that’s all about redefining plant-based nutrition, offering premium, science-backed supplements made from the world’s best ingredients. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that customers have a positive experience. You will manage customer communications, making sure every interaction is helpful, reassuring, and reflects the great quality of the products. It's all about keeping customers happy, well-informed, and satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer correspondence (email, phone, chat, SMS).
- Providing outstanding service that consistently wows customers.
- Responding to standout reviews and resolving any that are negative.
- Tracking common questions, complaints, and conversation themes to guide customer resource development.
- Provide guidance to customers on product selection based on their specific goals and needs.
- Communicating product specifications and information to new and existing customers.
- Record, categorize, and share customer feedback with the marketing team.
- Record, test, and detail any bugs or inconveniences in the online experience and raise with the marketing and web development team.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication (free of elementary mistakes, easy to read, a professional and empathetic tone, etc.)
- Phone, email, and instant chat etiquette.
- Ability to communicate research findings into bite-size answers for customers.
- Ability to multitask and effortlessly change mental gears.
- Innately empathetic and willing to go above and beyond for others.
- Highly professional and organized.
- Analytical skills.
- Endless hunger for learning.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- 1 year in e-commerce customer service and CX platforms (Shopify, Gorgias) is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 55k PHP per month.
