Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and live chat.
Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and service requests.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and improve product offerings.
Identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Willingness to work from 9am - 18pm German Time
A Computer/Laptop and a stable WIFI Connection
