REQUIREMENTS
High-level written English
High-level spoken English
High-level English comprehension to be able to figure out how to handle/resolve a buyer's concerns.
Ability to compose correct, intuitive responses without using a template (templates ARE provided, but they are used as a base, not as the standard).
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
Ability to personalize customer responses (templates available).
Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and resourceful.
Must demonstrate good communication skills and collaboration with the team.
Must have a fast and stable internet connection, with backup power and internet in case of interruptions.
The role supports multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Gmail, and Helpscout), making it ideal for someone eager to work in a dynamic environment.

***Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to be able to take initiative, THINK, and RESEARCH.***
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (night shift in PH)
Payment: Biweekly via PH bank
Benefits: 10 days of PTO/year after a 30-day trial period
