JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce brand seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
-Assist customers with questions regarding products, order status, and general support.
-Resolve complaints and handle issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-Collaborate with the team to address recurring issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools like Shopify
-Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
