Responselink seeks a dedicated and professional Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will not only be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through various channels, but you will also proactively contribute to our sales efforts by engaging in outreach, building relationships, and identifying potential opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively answer questions, address concerns, and confidently communicate their value to potential customers.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, including cold calls, to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Proactively follow up on customer inquiries and leads, converting them into sales when appropriate.
- Assist with sales outreach campaigns by creating personalized emails and messaging to prospective customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure customers receive the best possible support and information.
- Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and stay informed about company updates.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
