Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a seasonal position that will last until February, with the possibility of extension depending on the company's needs. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, using problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, and contributing to the company's overall sales growth. Your strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be instrumental in achieving success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Accurately record and update the records of customer interactions, orders, and activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for effective sales transactions.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service offerings to better position our solutions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Customer Service & Sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Shopify, Aircall, and Hubstaff is preferred but not required).
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
