Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. This role involves:
Managing customer inquiries via
Handling returns, complaints, refunds, and general customer concerns
Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
Using Shopify to manage customer orders and inquiries
Requirements:
Fluent in German, mostly written
Experience with Shopify is essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Working Hours:
Approximately 12 hours per week
