Customer Support Representative - Healthcare

Position: Customer Support Representative
Starting Salary: $542/month (Paid via PayPal)
Benefits: 4 PTOs per year, with potential salary increase within 1 year

Requirements:

• Must own a laptop (iCore/Ryzen 5 or higher, 4GB RAM or more) with internet speed of 25mbps and backup internet, plus a noise-cancelling headset
• Must have a medical/healthcare background (related to the US healthcare industry)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in inbound/outbound calls and checking patient eligibility/insurance
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Available to work in US hours (shift schedule, including weekends)
• Must be unemployed at the time of application

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for patients via calls
• Contact insurance companies to verify patient coverage
• Accurately enter patient data into multiple systems
• Handle document collection and storage
• Respond to phone inquiries, voicemails, and faxes
• Upload medical results (diagnostics, X-rays, authorizations, etc.)
