JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Utilize E-commerce Platforms:

• Proficiently navigate and manage customer interactions on the Shopify platform.
• Leverage the CRM platform Gorgias to streamline customer communication and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on product listings, promotions, and other relevant information within the e-commerce platforms.

Leadership Skills:

• LEAD or MANAGEMENT experience (or equivalent) is a must.
• With High-end or luxury brand experience is preferred.
• In addition to general e-commerce experience, logistics/subscription management is a must.
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

Order Processing:

• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with subscription management tools such as recharge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with SHOPIFY and CRM systems, specifically GORGIAS.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with a dedicated home office setup, including:
• Minimum internet speed of 100mbps.
• Dual-monitor setup for increased productivity.
• Reliable back up WiFi system to mitigate potential outages.
