Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team and handle email support and Shopify chargebacks for our growing fashion e-commerce brand.

Your role will be to respond to customer emails professionally, manage chargebacks efficiently, and actively contribute to improving our support processes by providing feedback. If you have experience in handling Shopify disputes and refunds, this is the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via email
? Handle and dispute Shopify chargebacks professionally
? Process refunds and returns following company guidelines
? Follow structured email templates while maintaining a friendly tone
? Provide feedback on how support processes can be improved
? Implement feedback quickly and improve response efficiency

Qualifications:
???? Experience: Minimum 1 year in e-commerce customer support (fashion industry preferred)
???? Shopify Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience handling chargebacks and refunds
???? English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English
???? Detail-Oriented: Must follow procedures and ensure accurate customer communication
???? Feedback-Driven: Must be proactive in giving feedback and implementing improvements
