JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with advanced English skills to assist our clients via email, live chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, empathetic, and skilled at resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide fast and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Log and manage support tickets in the customer service system.
• Guide customers on how to use our products/services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate through quick and accurate responses.

Requirements:

? Fluent English (C1-C2 level) – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Previous customer support experience at least 2 years
? Ability to handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
? Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and HelpScout (or willingness to learn).
? Strong interpersonal skills and patience to deal with different types of customers.
? Stable internet connection and headset with a microphone for support calls.
Familiarity with GO HIGH LEVEL
