JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based short-term rental property management company looking for a full-time, home-based virtual assistant to support our operations and guest support.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Sending a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks
2. Taking inbound guest calls and messages, handling requests and complaints
3. Responding to guest inquiries via HostBuddy, email, live chat, OTA messaging (Airbnb, VRBO), and SMS
4. Quoting service and scheduling cleanings or maintenance when needed
5. Managing guest bookings, schedule updates, and property-specific tasks inside our PMS (OwnerRez or Guesty)
6. Logging guest issues and updates in Slack with appropriate tags and checklists

What we’re looking for:

* Fast learner
* Excellent communicator
* Calm under pressure
* Experience in STR, customer support, or scheduling
* Strong internet and backup connection
* Home office with no distractions
