JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations VA to oversee, execute and optimize the daily operations, processes, and member experience within our Personal Finance community on Circle.

This role is about ensuring efficient workflows, smooth member interactions, and supporting customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in operations, administration, or customer service leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of our membership platform on Circle.so
- Ensure efficient onboarding for new members and streamline their experience.
- Develop systems and workflows to improve community engagement and reduce manual tasks.
- Manage membership renewals, billing inquiries, and access troubleshooting.
- Optimize the content organization within the Circle platform for better user experience.
- Handle DMs and inquiries inside Circle, ensuring timely support.
- Respond to customer service inquiries via email and social media across multiple brands.
- Track and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Research and implement best practices for community engagement and retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., retention rates, engagement trends).
- Oversee the scheduling of webinars, live sessions, and community events.
- Curate and update FAQs, guides, and onboarding materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to align community activities with business goals.

This is a full-time, fully remote role. Compensation is $4-5/hour depending on experience.
