JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting clients with their shipment concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding shipments via phone and email.
Provide accurate information about shipping services, rates, and delivery times.
Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve shipment issues and track packages.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics is a plus.
