JOB OVERVIEW

Who We’re Looking For
We’re running a fashion dropshipping stores and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who truly understands dropshipping customer service, especially in the fashion niche.

Your Role:
Respond to customer emails quickly and kindly — within 2 minutes during working hours.
Handle order issues, refunds, and customer questions while following our company policies.
Work closely with our dispute and backend teams to help prevent chargebacks and complaints.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and in a way that represents our brand’s tone.
Keep customers happy by offering helpful solutions quickly and politely.
Follow our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to keep things organized and efficient.
Escalate more complex issues to the right team when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in customer service for dropshipping fashion stores — this is a must.
Confident handling a high volume of emails every day.
Fluent in English — both writing and speaking — with excellent grammar.
Fast typing skills and the ability to multitask well.
Available to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Bonus points if you’re familiar with Shopify, PayPal disputes, and chargeback prevention.
