JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Support & Executive VA to provide exceptional customer service and high-level administrative support.

In this role, you will manage customer inquiries via Intercom, assist with campaign analysis, support executive tasks, and contribute to process improvements.

You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth operations and help clients achieve the best results with our platform.

Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Provide first-line support via live chat and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Executive Assistance: Manage scheduling, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support leadership.
- Campaign Monitoring: Review and assess customer campaigns, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the team to optimize results.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and assist with reporting tasks.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer support or executive assistance, preferably in a SaaS or tech-related environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
- Familiarity with Intercom, CRM platforms, and productivity tools is a plus
