About Dropfulfill Pte Ltd:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to help us keep our customers happy and operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

1. Order & Invoice Management:
- Use Dianxiaomi to handle customer orders and invoices accurately and on time.

2. Inventory Coordination:
- Monitor product stock levels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability.

3. Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and friendliness via text-based communication.

4. Data Tracking & Process Improvement:
- Maintain records, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

5. Performance Excellence:
- Contribute to achieving key goals, such as fast order turnaround and high customer satisfaction ratings.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Language Skills:
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to correspond effectively in Mandarin/Chinese (text-based).

2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Dianxiaomi and familiarity with other tools used in order management.

3. Attention to Detail:
- Organized, meticulous, and capable of spotting errors before they become issues.

4. People Skills:
- Excellent at building relationships with customers and collaborating with teammates.

5. Experience & Education:
- 2+ years in a similar customer support or eCommerce role preferred.
- A degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus but not required.

6. Adaptability:
- Comfortable with evolving workflows and eager to learn new systems and processes.
