Job Requirements:

-Previous Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre An ability to learn multiple systems quickly (training will be provided).
-High attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Advanced Computer Skills.
-Strong organisational skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Pass experience utilising Catch,eBay, Amazon online ecommerce platforms and systems.

Core responsibilities:

-Completing customer concerns/requests at a minimum of 50 tickets solved per day.
-Opening and resolving disputes within the appropriate time frame and within Australian Consumer Law.
-Provide a first-class experience to all KG customers.
-Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity of data and compliance.

Key Duties:

-Being the first point of contact for customer sales.
-Handling online and telephone customer inquiries.
-Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Liaise with other members of the online team to resolve customer issues.
-General administrative tasks as required.
-You must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.?
