What You’ll Do Now:
- Solve customer issues quickly and with care.
- Monitor and respond to daily inquiries
- Collaborate with the team on technical questions.
- Explore AI tools to streamline support (replace yourself for a promotion!).
- Track great customer feedback in spreadsheets.
Deliverables:
- Daily updates: Social media comments,
- Daily customer issue resolutions.
- Daily spreadsheet updates with standout feedback.
Skills You’ll Need:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, new software, AI tools).
- Detail-oriented with strong SOP-following skills.
- Crochet experience? Not required, but a fun plus!
Requirements:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM GMT or agreed hours).
- Long-term commitment—no concurrent full-time jobs.
- Reliable computer and fast internet.
