Employer: A Canadian start-up company
Job Position: Customer Support Associate
Mode of Work: Remote, Non-Voice Email support
Opportunity for Higher-Level Tasks: VA or marketing tasks if capable
Salary: starting at USD 650/mo ($4/hr) with up to USD 250 bonus
Schedule: PST, weekend availability required, 5 days x 8 hour shifts + 10 PTO vacation days eligible after 3 month probationary period

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries via email on Zendesk
• Innovate for a better customer experience
• Assist customers in resolving web app issues
• Report any unresolvable bugs to the team
• Disburse funds and refunds to customers as applicable

Qualifications:
• 3 years or more of experience in the Customer Service industry, specifically in email or chat support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Empathetic with high understanding and patience
• Willing to take on various roles in a fast-growing and evolving start-up
• A self-starter who can operate with high autonomy and initiative
• Demonstrated skills and passion in handling customer questions and issues resourcefully
