JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Support Manager Agent to join our growing ecommerce brand in the pain relief niche.

This role is crucial to ensuring smooth customer experiences and maintaining our brand’s reputation. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Mandatory Skills, Quailties and Requirements:
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Shopify for handling tasks like checking orders, tracking numbers, processing refunds, and customer account management.
- Customer support experience using Richpanel, Gorgias or similar ticketing platforms.
- Ability to manage social media pages: managing comments, DMs
- Availability and speed: Must be reliable and available 7/7 to ensure prompt responses and support.
- Create and manage SOPs to speed up the customer support process
- Work and communicate with other agents to make sure things flow correctly
- Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to think critically and find solutions independently.
- Multitasking: Managing multiple chats, tickets, or calls without sacrificing quality.
- Patience: Remaining calm when dealing with difficult customers or high-pressure situations.
- Empathy: Ability to connect with customers, understand their frustrations, and provide reassurance.
- Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve workflows, FAQs, or support processes to reduce recurring issues.
