Role Overview: As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping customers with inquiries, product-related issues, and guiding them through our discount offers. If you're an organized, problem-solving, beauty-obsessed individual who thrives in a high-volume environment, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced and exciting team!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer support
Problem Solving: Handle product-related issues such as allergic reactions, application failures, and general troubleshooting with empathy and care.
Exchanges & Returns: Process exchanges efficiently and ensure all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in our systems.
Team Collaboration: Attend weekly tea
What We’re Looking For:
Ecommerce Experience: You’ve worked in customer support for an ecommerce company, with an understanding of how online retail works.
Shopify & Gorgias (Preferred): Familiarity with these platforms will give you a head start, but a quick learner with a passion for technology is just as important!
Cosmetics Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with cosmetics products, especially those in our line (nail dipping powders, lash lifts, brow lamination kits) is a plus. Bonus points if you’re already a beauty enthusiast!
Passion for Cosmetics: You love cosmetics, trends, and empowering people through beauty.
Working Schedule:
Minimum 40 hours per week, 6 days a week.
Flexible work hours within the assigned time zone.
Ability to work overtime during peak times when needed.
Weekly meetings to stay connected with the team.
