Job Description:

We are a growing eCommerce business committed to providing high-quality products at reasonable prices, is looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent (Virtual Assistant) to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time position for an individual with extensive experience handling email support for eCommerce brands.


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
- Resolve customer complaints, order issues, and refund requests efficiently and empathetically.
- Provide accurate information about products, shipping, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues or product concerns.
- Track, document, and follow up on all customer interactions to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful responses.


Requirements:

- At least 3+ years of experience handling email support for eCommerce businesses.
- Strong communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage high email volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and email platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
