JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent & Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across two brands, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and performing small admin tasks during downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Respond quickly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Handle customer support calls and provide solutions promptly.
Follow detailed guidelines for returns and respond accurately to customer questions.
Contact customers who abandoned their checkout process to recover sales (bonus for each recovery).
Administrative Tasks:

Perform small admin duties during slower support periods.
What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional English Skills: Well-spoken and clear communicator.
Friendly and Professional Attitude: Ability to handle customers with care and understanding.
Quick Learner: Adapt quickly to new processes and systems.
Previous Experience: Proven customer support experience is required.
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in responses and following guidelines is a must.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer support tools, CRMs, and other software.
Time Management: Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation:

$3/hour

Bonus $$ opportunities for successful checkout recoveries.
