We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle daily customer inquiries for our online shop.

We’re especially searching for someone that is specialized in E-Mail Conversations and focuses on making our customers as happy as possible with the provided SOPs from our side.

Since our customers primarily speak and write in German or other languages, the representative will use ChatGPT for translations and will respond to customer requests based on our clear guidelines.

This position is straightforward, and we’re seeking someone who can provide high-quality, consistent support.
