Customer Support Agent

We are an ecommerce brand of health and wellness products, looking for an honest, professional and reliable customer service rep to join our team to work an 8 hour shift 9am to 6pm US Eastern Time.

Salary $7 to $9 per hour depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements
Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
At least 2 years of experience working remotely.
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
Have a private and dedicated workspace.
Have a minimum 100 Mbps download speed.
Backup ISP.
Have a minimum of 16GB of RAM on desktop or laptop.
Backup power supply and or generator.

Very good noise canceling headset.


Responsibilities Include:

Handling customer inquiries over the phone, live chat, and email.
Processing orders
Updating CRM
Liaising with different teams, courier companies, warehouse and management.
