Brew Blue is on a mission to help women over 40 with women in menopause. To support our growing community, we’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and proactive Support Team Member who genuinely enjoys helping others.
The Support Team Member will be the friendly face behind our customer service channels—responding to customer queries with empathy, solving issues quickly, and going above and beyond to make every customer feel heard and supported.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer
2. Help manage and resolve order or product-related queries
4. Track and report common issues or feedback to improve customer experience
5. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary
