Role and Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth property management operations? We are looking for a dedicated Tenant Support & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering top-tier support to tenants, assisting with maintenance coordination, managing property snagging, and ensuring seamless financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Support & Maintenance Coordination

Provide outstanding customer support to tenants in tenanted flats, addressing concerns related to property maintenance, repairs, and tenancy issues.
Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely coordination and resolution of property maintenance tasks.

Snagging Management

Assist with snagging processes for leaseholder properties, conducting snagging determinations and ensuring timely resolution of any outstanding issues within the liability period.
Accurately document snagging determinations and maintain detailed records in Excel and other tracking systems.
Collaborate closely with Property manager and Josiah Wade to address property management issues, maintaining open communication and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Provide administrative support for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on key tasks as needed.

Daily Timesheet & Income Reporting

Accurately complete daily timesheets using the company’s standard template, ensuring tasks are tracked with the correct RITA and income codes.
