Who We Are:
We specialize in providing exceptional virtual assistant services to our US-based clients. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellence and efficiency in every task we undertake. When applying for this role, please include the word "Customer:" before your full name in the application form.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support who can work during CST Business Hours (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, primarily through inbound and outbound calls, with additional support via email and chat.
• Become an expert on all products to effectively assist with customer inquiries.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share trends, patterns, and feedback from customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of the support process and customer experience.

Required Skills:
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends in customer feedback.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in teams.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to set and meet reasonable deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and able to provide technical support to customers.
• Calm and empathetic approach to problem-solving, even under pressure.

Qualifications:
• Familiar with Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, Stripe, PayPal, and Chargebee is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or satisfaction roles is preferred.
• Experience in startups and remote teams is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
• $4 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
• 13th-month pay (prorated in the first year based on time worked).
• Vacation time: 1 day per month worked.
• Weekends off.
• Allowance available after six months.
