We are currently seeking a Customer Support who can work during CST Business Hours (Monday - Friday).
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, primarily through inbound and outbound calls, with additional support via

Qualifications:
• Familiar with Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, Stripe, PayPal, and Chargebee is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or satisfaction roles is preferred.
• Experience in startups and remote teams is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
• $4 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
• 13th-month pay (prorated in the first year based on time worked).
• Vacation time: 1 day per month worked.
• Weekends off.
• Allowance available after six months.
