We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about AI, fluent in English, and experienced in providing top-tier customer service in a SaaS environment. If you love working with AI tools and helping users get the most out of technology, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent support to customers via email, chat, and video calls, ensuring they maximize the value of AskSpot.
Guide users through AI chatbot setup, training, and integrations.

Troubleshoot customer issues related to AI models, bot training, and integrations.

Assist customers in using AskSpot’s Flow Builder, IntelliForm, and other key features.

Collect customer feedback to improve the product and user experience.

Create help articles, video tutorials, and FAQs to support users.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Strong AI knowledge – familiar with LLMs, chatbot platforms, and automation tools.
Experience in customer support or success in a SaaS company is a big plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex AI concepts for users.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.

A proactive mindset, with a focus on helping customers succeed.
