Role Overview
As a Customer Success Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, help desk tickets, chat inquiries, and general customer support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
Handle inbound calls, chats, and text messages
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads or resolve issues
Ticket Resolution
Assign or solve help desk tickets within SLA timeframes
Escalate complex cases to the correct department when needed
Policy Compliance
Adhere to company processes, documentation standards, and confidentiality policies
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient issue resolution
Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace
Compensation & Benefits
Structured Progression
Trial Period (2 weeks)
Rate: $2/hour
Get introduced to company processes, performance expectations, and culture. Successful completion leads to Training Period.
Training Period (6 weeks)
Rate: $3.75/hour + OT (capped at 10 hours/week at the same rate)
Participate in skill-focused workshops, shadowing sessions, and hands-on practice. Completion qualifies you for Probation.
Probationary Period (16 weeks)
Rate: $3.75/hour + OT
Regular check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching. Duration can be extended up to four months based on performance.
Regularization
Rate: $4.00/hour ($600/month) + OT
Full-time Remote Tea

Working Hours & Requirements
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Local Time this shift is 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM PH TIME)
Technology & Workspace
Desktop or Laptop PC (REQUIRED)
DSL/Fiber Internet with a backup connection (e.g., mobile data)
Noise-canceling headset & functional webcam
Smartphone for secondary communication
Access to a reliable power/internet source (e.g., co-working space) in case of outages
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience or strong communication skills
Willingness to learn real estate processes, policies, and terminology
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask under pressure and follow written procedures
(Bonus: Spanish language proficiency.)
