JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our full-time team. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with MailMaestro.

- Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints via email and live chat
- Test and evaluate the tool regularly to ensure it works as expected
- Lead 1:1 calls with prospects to demo our tool and its features
- Collaborate with the product team to report bugs and suggest improvements
