Position: Customer Success Manager
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Mondays - Fridays)
Qualifications:
– Must speak and write EXCELLENT English
– Expert in HUBSPOT
– Expert in KLAVIYO
– Has knowledge in Digital Marketing
– Comfortable in making phone calls via Zoom to have strategic conversations with clients
– Can handle regular CS, escalation and retention calls
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system.
– Proactively engage with customers to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
– Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Monitor customer accounts and ensure their success with our products/services.
– Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address customer concerns.
– Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
