JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a *Customer Success Manager* to join our team and ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processes in our customer service. If you enjoy communicating with people, are fluent in German, and love to work flexibly, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

### *Your Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer communication via *WhatsApp*.
- Send out professional e-mails to customers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of customers and assist with inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues efficiently.

### *What We Offer:*
- *Salary:* $500/month fixed salary.
- *Hours:* 120-160 hours per month, Monday to Friday.
- *Flexible working hours* after the first week of training.

- Fluent in *German* (written and spoken).
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of email and messaging platforms.
