About Beauty Fetish: Beauty Fetish is a growing beauty salon offering (In the future) appointment-based and walk in services. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best. We are now expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager with experience in the beauty industry to join us.
Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing bookings, driving sales, and maintaining clear communication with customers. Your goal is to create an exceptional experience for every client, ensuring they return and recommend us to others.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule client appointments using our booking system. (in the future)
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp,
Conduct customer outreach for feedback, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities.
Track and report sales performance.
Collaborate with influences
Maintain accurate records of client information and service history.
Qualifications:
Experience in the beauty industry is a must.
2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or administrative roles.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using online booking systems and customer management tools.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with sales and upselling beauty products or services.
Familiarity with appointment-based service models.
