Are you detail-oriented with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer success?

We’re looking for a Customer Success Analyst to help our clients get the most out of our platform by analyzing their campaigns and providing first-line support.

This role requires a short video submission as part of the application process.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success to support clients, review campaign performance, and ensure they receive fast and effective assistance via Intercom and email.

Your focus will be proactively identifying customer campaign improvements and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Provide first-line support via Intercom and email, resolving client inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Campaign Analysis: Review customer campaigns, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to improve outreach success.
- Client Engagement: Proactively assist customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.


What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent English (written and spoken) – clear, confident, and professional communication.
- Experience supporting clients in a customer success or SaaS support role.
- 2+ years in VA, customer support, success, or account management.
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable reviewing campaign data and identifying trends.
- Proficiency in customer support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or similar.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to helping clients succeed.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or email automation tools.
- Background in SaaS, sales outreach, or CRM platforms.
