Job Responsibilities
Check and manage customer emails in our account daily.

Invite customers to participate in new product testing and track their responses.

Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions, ensuring no missing follow-ups.

Use Time Doctor to track work hours and productivity.

Communicate effectively with the team and provide status updates on follow-ups.

Qualifications
? Highly responsible—able to follow through on all tasks without reminders.
? Strong comprehension skills—can understand and execute instructions correctly.
? Excellent attention to detail—ensures accurate record-keeping of customer interactions.
? Proactive problem solver—thinks independently before asking for help.
? Experience in customer service, email handling, or administrative support is preferred.
? Must be available to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time (PST).
