Virtual Assistant – IV Drip Business
Position Title: Virtual Assistant (VA)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Employment Type: Contractor
Reports to: Business Owner
Compensation: $5–$7 per hour (with bonus structure based on sales and performance)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support the operations of our IV Drip business. The VA will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound client communication, handling booking inquiries, driving sales through phone-based customer interactions, and managing social media platforms to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, experience in sales and lead conversion, and a good understanding of social media strategy and client engagement.
This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound and Outbound Phone Sales & Customer Service
Handle inbound calls professionally, providing detailed information about IV drip services and answering client inquiries.
Proactively engage clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments based on their goals and health status.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by confidently explaining the benefits of treatments and handling objections.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize booking rates and client retention.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through phone-based interactions.
2. Social Media Management
Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (Instagram,
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels to promote services and drive engagement.
Respond to direct messages, comments, and social media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Track engagement metrics and adjust social media strategy to improve performance and reach.
Develop and implement strategies to increase follower count and audience interaction.
Monitor competitor activity and trends to adjust content strategy as needed.
3. Booking Management
Manage the booking calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal conflicts.
Confirm bookings, send reminders, and handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
Coordinate with the nursing team to confirm appointment details and ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
4. Client Screening and Risk Management
Use the provided screening questions to identify contraindications and escalate complex cases to the nurse when necessary.
Ensure all intake forms and client information are complete and accurate before confirming appointments.
Identify and escalate any potential safety or risk issues to the nurse or business owner.
5. Administrative Support
Manage client records and ensure all booking details and medical history are accurately recorded.
Process payments and deposits, following up on unpaid invoices.
Monitor appointment deposits and ensure payment collection within the required timeframe.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on booking performance, client feedback, and sales outcomes.
6. Client Communication and Follow-Up
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, text,

Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in healthcare or wellness.

Experience in managing social media accounts (including content creation and strategy).
