Job Description: Customer Service/Sales Virtual Assistant (Pacific Time Zone)

Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly ($5/hour)
Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time availability required)

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Service/Sales Virtual Assistant to support our affiliate program. This role involves researching potential business leads, such as auto dealerships, realtors, and solar companies, and reaching out to them to introduce our credit solutions. You will play a key role in establishing partnerships and maintaining organized records using Google Sheets. Affiliates you onboard will earn $50 for each client referral.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Outreach:

Identify and research potential affiliates in industries like auto sales, real estate, and solar energy.
Contact leads via phone and email to introduce our credit repair solutions and affiliate program.
Build relationships with potential partners, answering questions and providing support.
Affiliate Collaboration:

Clearly explain the affiliate program structure and highlight the $50 commission per client referral.
Assist in onboarding affiliates and nurturing ongoing collaboration to maximize program success.
Data Entry & Tracking:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, outreach activities, and client progress in Google Sheets.
Regularly update data to track the success of affiliate engagements.
Customer Service & Communication:

Respond promptly to inquiries from affiliates and potential leads, maintaining a professional and approachable tone.
Follow up with leads and affiliates to foster long-term relationships.
Requirements:

Pacific Standard Time (PST) availability is mandatory.
Experience in customer service, sales, or virtual assistance roles preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Ability to independently research and identify quality leads.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required.
Compensation:

$5/hour, paid hourly.
Affiliates you onboard will earn $50 per client referral.
