About the Role:
This is a customer service and sales-focused role, where your primary responsibility will be assisting customers over the phone. As you grow into the role, there is potential to expand your responsibilities to include handling emails and managing ticketing systems, depending on your performance and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored furniture solutions.
• Proactively engage in sales conversations to recommend products and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Manage your time effectively to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Hours & Compensation:
• Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Hourly Rate: Competitive, with additional commission opportunities for meeting or exceeding sales goals
Qualifications:

• Strong communicator who can convey information effectively and persuasively.

• Flexible with hours, as we adapt to customer needs.

• Quick learner with strong common sense and problem-solving abilities.
