About Us:
We are OceanSpark Limited which operates in the fashion dropshipping industry.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service representative to support our team by answering tickets, giving input on improvements, help the business grow on the customer service side.
Responsibilities:
Attending weekly meetings
Achieving the set KPI’s (set together with the customer service manager)
Answering disputes (following our own SOP)
Answering tickets using our macro’s and SOP (around 40 tickets per hour)
Giving feedback and taking a management roll on
Qualifications:
Familiar with Shopify
Familiar with Discord
Familiar with paypal
Handy with google sheets
Familiar with CJ (optional)
What We Offer:
We offer a great team that you can get to know, besides that we have every monday a weekly team meeting. In the team meetings we’re most of the time having a chat about our weekends and fun stories to share.
We are trying right now to organise a team trip in the Phillipines.
We have all the right tools for you available (ChatGPT 4, Timedoctor, Slack etc.)
