Position A: Sales Department Responsibilities:
- Engaging and Contacting incoming Prospect to set Onsite quote with Sales Manager
- Appointment Setter managing Calendar of Sales Manager
- CRM updating | Records of Contact details up to date and correct tagging
- Scheduling onsite appointments and preparing quotation files to be sent
- Following up with the leads to convert to customer after receiving quotations
- Enrollment Process for Leads then endorsement to assigned Account Manager
Position B: Customer Support | Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via
- Managing customer complaints and escalations
- Maintaining customer records
- Processing additional orders or modification of cleaning contracts
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues and new orders
- Managing Holiday Schedules of Company and coordinate Cleaners for their visits schedule adjustments
- Gathering feedback & preparing Inspection reports of Cleaning Supervisor (Customer Retention)
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in sales or customer service role
- Tech-savvy with strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly master new software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Available to work Philippine or Sydney time zone
- Beginner are welcome to apply but requires at least tech Savy and English communication is required since you will be talking with Australian with heavy accent
- Working Device (Laptop or Desktop with minimum of 8gb or more, due to multiple chrome tabs
