JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking to grow our customer service support team.

Our business is a gaming rewards platform, where users can complete tasks and earn rewards.

We use Intercom + Discord & Email to support our users.

User support issues you will attend to:
- Users getting banned, providing reasoning
- Payment issues
- Issues completing an offer for rewards

English must be fluent.
