About the Role
As a Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator, your role is to provide prompt and reliable customer support, manage social media interactions, and enhance our brand's visibility through thoughtful social media management and partnerships.
What You’ll Do
1. Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently (15 tickets/hour).
- Maintain a 90%+ customer satisfaction score.
2. Community Engagement
- Reply to social media comments and messages within 12 hours on business days.
- Build positive relationships through timely and thoughtful responses.
3. Social Media
- Plan and post 20+ pieces of content monthly.
- Highlight product usage, recovery tips, and athlete stories.
- Incorporate trending content ideas and increase engagement by 300% in 3 months.
4. Partnerships
- Onboard 3 athletes in 90 days who align with our brand.
- Build 10+ partnerships with relevant brands and groups.
- Track and report on partnership performance.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, social media, or marketing.
- Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- A results-focused mindset.
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others recover.
