JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an ambitious, extremely detail-oriented and versatile person to join a growing education business. The right fit has strong communication skills & enjoys problem solving / detective work.

Primary tasks include customer interactions via email and order/account processing. Requires customer research across internal tools & online.

-Responding to customer questions (via email)
-Processing online & manual orders (QB entry, account provisioning, customer instructions, logging information, coordinate shipping as needed)
-Providing estimates to customers (QBs)
-Notifying customers of upcoming renewal & provide estimates
-Research and contact customers & leads

Tools: Quickbooks (QB), Gmail and Google Docs, Wordpress, Groundhogg (CRM), Slack
